KAYAKU CHEMICAL (WUXI) CO.,LTD. was established on September 28, 2002 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd. It is located at No. 6, Xinda Road, Xinba village, Xibei Town, Xishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province.  It has 76 employees, an area of 22579.75 square meters and a construction area of 6000 square meters. The total investment is US$10.2 million, and the company capital is US$5.1 million. Mainly manufactures and sells epoxy acrylate, urethane acrylate, and acrylate composition products, which are resins for electronic parts. The annual production capacity is 20,000 tons.

In April 2020, the parent company Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd. acquired the cleaner business for liquid crystal display and semiconductor from Henkel, Germany. KAYAKU CHEMICAL (WUXI) CO.,LTD. is operating the cleaner businesses in China Mainland. Our cleaner products are developed, manufactured, and sold for the high-precision and high-functional display, semiconductor, and electronic device markets. Our product lineup with superior performance with its unique development capabilities is contributing to the development of the electronics industry. Currently, many cleaner products have been adopted by users in the display industry and semiconductor industry.

The parent company, Nippon Kayaku Co., Ltd. was established in 1916 as a multinational company mainly engaged in fine chemicals. It mainly consists of the pharmaceutical business unit, the safety system business unit, and the functional chemicals business unit.
